Modula OT's
Modular OT's
We provide a comprehensive portfolio of medical equipment sourced from leading OEMs and suited for diverse departments—emergency, ICU, diagnostics, OT, and home care. Our equipment improves diagnostic precision, patient safety, and caregiver efficiency.
Wall Panels
We offer modular OT wall panels manufactured using stainless steel (SS 304/316), powder-coated GI, and high-pressure laminate (HPL). These panels are available in a wide range of colors and finishes to suit hospital aesthetics. Each panel incorporates a high-density polyurethane foam core of variable thickness, ensuring excellent thermal insulation, soundproofing, ventilation, and structural integrity. Seamlessly installed with antibacterial surfaces and flush joints, these panels support ISO Class 5–7 sterile conditions.
Ceiling
Our OT ceilings are precision-engineered using flush-mounted HPL or powder-coated GI structures, integrated with laminar air flow (LAF) diffusers and LED lights. The suspended, airtight construction supports uniform airflow, sterile conditions, and easy access for maintenance—fully compliant with NABH and ASHRAE guidelines.
AHU (Air Handling Unit)
We provide advanced Air Handling Units equipped with pre-filters, fine filters, and terminal HEPA filters (99.97% efficiency at 0.3 microns). Designed for laminar flow OTs, our AHUs deliver 20–25 air changes per hour, maintaining positive pressure, precise temperature (21–24°C), and optimal humidity (50–60%)—ensuring ultra-clean surgical environments.
Pendant
Our modular ceiling pendents provide streamlined gas delivery, electrical outlets, and equipment management. Designed from medical-grade extruded aluminum with epoxy coating, they are available in single or dual-arm variants. These pendents reduce floor clutter and enhance workflow efficiency during critical procedures.
Static Pass Box
We supply static pass boxes constructed from SS 304-grade material, featuring interlocking doors, UV germicidal lamps, and smooth internal surfaces. These pass boxes facilitate sterile and safe material transfer without disrupting OT pressurization or airflow integrity.
Vinyl Flooring
Our seamless vinyl flooring features anti-static, antibacterial layers reinforced with polyurethane (PUR). It resists microbial growth, stains, and chemical damage. Available in 2–3 mm thickness, our flooring meets EN 649 and ISO 14644 standards—installed with coving for a smooth wall-to-floor transition.
OT Sealed Doors
We offer hermetically sealed OT doors in sliding or hinged configurations, fabricated from SS 304 or powder-coated aluminum. Fitted with automatic electromechanical systems, these doors ensure air-tight sealing, pressure retention, and contamination control—validated via pressure drop and smoke tests.
Antibacterial Paint
We use certified epoxy-based or polyurethane antibacterial coatings for OT interiors. These coatings inhibit microbial growth (ISO 22196), and are highly durable—resisting thermal stress, abrasion, and common disinfectants
Lights
We install advanced LED surgical lights with lux output up to 1,60,000, adjustable CRI > 95, and variable color temperature (3,500–5,000K). Featuring shadowless optics and articulated arms, our lights ensure high precision and visibility for all surgical procedures.
Scrub Station (Manual & Automatic)
We offer high-quality scrub stations in both manual and automatic variants. Our manual scrub boxes are constructed using SS 304-grade stainless steel with sensor-optional foot or elbow-operated taps. For high-end applications, our automatic scrub stations feature infrared sensors, thermostatic mixing valves, and touch-free operation to maintain aseptic conditions. All models include antibacterial surface finishes, integrated timers, and splash guards, ensuring both hygiene and water efficiency in the pre-op zone.
Electronic Control Panel
Our integrated electronic control panels centralize command of essential OT functions—lighting, HVAC, laminar airflow, differential pressure, temperature, timers, and alarm systems. These microcontroller-based touch interfaces are mounted flush within the wall paneling and constructed from fire-retardant materials. They feature medical-grade membrane switches, 7–10 inch displays, and password-protected settings to ensure safety. Optional features include OT status indicators, BMS integration, and real-time environmental monitoring. These panels greatly improve operational workflow and reduce the risk of manual error.
